Wish I would have seen this before my trip to Sweden.
Here are just a few pictures that we took on our trip to Sweden for the Christmas Holiday. Stay tuned for more pictures and some video.
First we had the Turducken, the turkey stuffed with duck meat. Then came the Pumpple Cake: apple and pumpkin pies baked inside layers of chocolate and vanilla cake. But now, comes the Turcakey: a masterpiece of food mash-ups.
Amy Wisniewski over at the online food magazine Chow brings the Turkey Cake. Created by layering turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy, with a marshmallow top, the end result is madness mixed with brilliance.
