First we had the Turducken, the turkey stuffed with duck meat. Then came the Pumpple Cake: apple and pumpkin pies baked inside layers of chocolate and vanilla cake. But now, comes the Turcakey: a masterpiece of food mash-ups.
Amy Wisniewski over at the online food magazine Chow brings the Turkey Cake. Created by layering turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy, with a marshmallow top, the end result is madness mixed with brilliance.
